Rates & availability

What it costs, up front.

Rates are per night in South African Rand. December and January are our high summer and the South African school holidays — the busiest weeks of the year here, and the reason for the seven-night minimum.

Booking the festive season

December and January bookings are handled for us by De Lucia Group in Hartenbos. Enquire here and we pass you straight to them. The rest of the year comes directly to us.

Availability: the coming season is wide open — the first guests get first pick of the December weeks.

Outside the school holidays the house runs at 70% of the December rate — and June to November is whale season. As a rough guide, R14 500 is about €760 or £660 a night at the time of writing — exchange rates move, so check before you budget.
